Giving is Awesome!

Here are the details about my Giveaway!

I am doing the giveaway through Giving is awesome! www.givingisawesome.com

You know someone who's experienced a tragedy, is struggling to stay afloat, is raising kids while holding down more than one job, or is volunteering selflessly despite extenuating personal circumstances. You know someone who can't afford custom photography, but who would cherish it forever. You know someone who deserves a year-round reminder of their amazing spirit, love, and beauty.

You know someone. I guarantee it.

I want to know who they are, and I want to give them the chance to experience complimentary custom photography -- $550 worth, to be exact. I am giving away a 1 hour engagement (or "in-love") session. They will also get a 5x5 10 page custom photo book, and a $50 print credit.

Oh, and the best part? The person who nominates the winner receives $100 off of any of my photography services!

The rules:

* You cannot nominate yourself, and the person nominated must sincerely be incapable of purchasing my services. (Being unable to make mortgage payments for a two-million-dollar-vacation-home in Paris does not qualify as sincere financial need.)

* The nominee must reside in Oregon or Washington. Tell me who you know, what they're experiencing, and why they deserve my artwork. Please include a way to contact both your nominee and yourself as well.

* You must e-mail me the full story : Contact@RebeccaDryer.com.

The deadline of the contest is Feb 14th

The winner will be announced on February 21st-- now...get nominating! I can't wait to read all of your entries!

Open your heart to someone -- and thanks for giving me the opportunity to open mine.

With love,

Becca

Multnomah Falls In December

Steve and I made a trip up to Multnomah falls during a week when it was VERY cold and icy around Portland. It is rare to be able to get up there when it is cold enough for it to be frozen, but have the roads clear. Needless to say, it was a seriously breathtaking sight, and I am so happy that after 20-ish years of living in Oregon, I finally got to see it!
I will let the Photos speak for themselves
Here goes!

Also.. a very rare picture of Steve and I! It is not very often that I volunteer to step out from behind the lens, but I was brave this time, and I handed my camera to a random person to take this photo for me... I am glad that it turned out!
