I went over the Chris and Sarah's house yesterday for round 2 of baby Danika Rose's photos. This time I took a studio light with me! She sure is an adorable little munchkin!

Baby Danika Rose
Our friends Chris and Sarah just had their first baby. Her name is Danika Rose. We went over to see her and I took a few snapshots. We are getting together later this week for more of a formal newborn session, so there will be more photos of this little munchkin then!

Canada Craziness
A while back, I went to Canada with Heather and Fredrick (Freather). We went up to Whistler, BC for the Telus World Ski and Snowboard Festival. It was so much fun. There were a ton of adventures, including skiing, waterfalls, free shick razors (don't ask), and hanging out with cool foreigners. Here are some of my fave photos from the trip.
Downtown Vancouver, from Stanley Park at 2am when we drove through! So beautiful.
Fredrick competed in a Limbo Competition. He won!
Freather entered a poutine (fries with gravy and cheese curds) eating contest. Their disgust in this photo makes me laugh.
HAHA!
This is the view from the back porch of our hestel. If there was no fog, you could see all of Whistler and Blackcomb. We were right on Alta Lake.
Hi-Hostel Whistler, BC
This is Fredrick in a nutshell!
We loved the jumping pictures!
Here are a couple rare pictures of yours truly.
I was impressed with this timing! A bird flew over the waterfall right as i took the photo.
The Canada crew and a waterfall on the way home!
I really liked this Totem Pole in a park at Horseshoe Bay, BC.
I had a really hard time trying to decide which ones to post. Sorry there were so many!!

Memorial Day Beach Trip 2009
Every year all of the girls from Bridal Exclusives ( and a few others ) have a traditional Memorial Day beach trip. This year we went to Nedonna Beach, which is right by Rockaway Beach, Oregon. We had an amazing house for two nights. This year was so much fun! we had a bonfire, played Balderdash ( our favorite! ), finished a jigsaw puzzle, and had a white dress photo shoot on the beach. Amber had always wanted to have some photos of her in a little white linen dress on the beach, so she asked all of us to bring one also so we could do a full blown photo shoot. We got a ton of amazing photos, but here is one of each girl!
Enjoy!
The Beautiful and Amazing Elisha of EA photography Studios.
Gorgeous Jessica. I get to shoot her wedding in Hawaii this August! I can't Wait!
I love this one of Amber-Lou. She is so adorable, sweet and innocent here!
Madeline, she is one of the newest additions to the shop, but we love her a ton! She is always laughing and smiling!
Oh Aubrielle! Our amazing blonde boss lady. She is so much fun to hang out with, we are all so lucky to have such an amazing manager!
My sister Alison, she doesn't really work for Bridal Exclusives, but she likes to tag along to our events. It's OK we kinda like her :)!
Alison Brought her friend Katie this year. She is so stunning, I had a ton of fun taking photos of her!
My dear friend Kristina, I met her this year in my photography classes, we have grown really close this term, and have had some awesome times together. I look forward to many fun memories with her!
This is one more artsy shot of Kristina. I liked it a lot so she got two.
Also here is one more of Amber-Lou. I loved this photo and had to post it, even though it wasn't a white dress shot.

New life and Wisdom
I went to my Grandma's house yesterday because she wanted me to take some pictures of her rose bush and my grandpa's work area. While I was there I took some photos of there things that I found interesting. This is my favorite photo that I took. I feel like it shows a great contrast between wisdom and youth/new life. I know I am not a very deep thinker very often, but I do get it every so often. I also loved this photo because my grandma (meme) is so proud of her rosebush. She picked this one little rose and carried it around with her for a while.
I am using this photo for a class assignment. The assignment is to show spring in a black and white photo. It is harder than you may think, since spring is normally all about the bright colors and vibrance of the flowers.
I have a ton of blog posts coming up. I am just getting into editing photos from our beach trip, and Canada. I am aware that they are overdue, but I figure it is better late than never right?
Anyways! Hope you enjoy!
